Q: Are the items sold at gift shops inside Tennessee State Parks the same items sold online?
A: While our online gift shop doesn’t carry all of the items you can find at gift shops located inside our parks, it’s a convenient way to shop for a variety of Tennessee State Parks merchandise.

Q: Are the items sold online also sold at physical gift shops located at Tennessee State Parks?
A: You may find some of the items sold online at gift shops at our parks although it’s not guaranteed. The best way to secure an item you like online is to purchase it online.

Q: Can I use a Tennessee State Park gift card for purchases on the online gift shop?
At this time, Tennessee State Park gift cards cannot be applied toward purchases on our online gift shop. This is because we partner with an outside vendor to run our gift shop and process payment. However, you can use Tennessee State Park gift cards to purchase items at any physical gift shop located within a Tennessee State Park. Note that items sold online may not be available at in-park gift shops.

Q: I have a question about my online order. Who can I contact?

Q: What is your return policy?
Any item may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, as long as it is undamaged. If any damage has occurred (ie. hole in shirt, bent edges of poster), please report the damage as soon as you receive your item to ensure a smooth return process. Shipping labels will be provided free of charge.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We offer one free exchange for any unused shirt or poster within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your exchange to be processed once your package arrives at our warehouse. Shipping labels will be provided free of charge.

Q: Why isn’t there a product for my favorite state park?
We are building our collection of state park items over time. Each design is thoughtfully created by designers at Friendly Arctic Printing in Nashville. This allows us to offer incredibly unique products but it takes time. Want to be the first to know about new park products? Sign up for our email list.

Q: An item I’m interested in is out of stock. When will it be available?

Due to order volume and popularity of any given product we do sell out of items from time to time. In most cases items will be restocked within 1-2 weeks of when they go out of stock. In some cases products can be discontinued and will no be restocked so if you have a question about a particular product feel free to contact orders@friendlyarctic.com and we will get back to you shortly with a timeline.
